Palais Ségurane Boutique Hotel offers 43 spacious, fully equipped suites in the heart of Nice, ideally located between the Port of Nice and Nice Old Town. Ranging from 22 to 80 m² and accommodating from 2 to 8 guests, our suites are ideal for couples, families and groups of friends.

Designed as comfortable living spaces, all our suites feature a fully equipped kitchen, combining the independence of an apartment with the comfort and services of a 4-star boutique hotel. Selected suites also feature a private balcony or views of Castle Hill.

The suite features a queen-size or king-size bed, a 140 × 200 cm sofa bed, and a bathroom with either a bathtub or shower, subject to availability.

It features a fully equipped kitchen, three beds with quality bedding and a bathroom with a shower. Its mezzanine layout creates distinct living and sleeping areas while maintaining a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere.

Offering 65 m² of generous living space, the Prestige Suite can accommodate up to 6 guests, making it particularly suitable for families and groups of friends staying in Nice.

It features two bedrooms, two king-size beds and a 160 cm sofa bed, as well as two bathrooms with a bathtub and separate shower. Its spacious layout allows guests to enjoy both comfort and privacy throughout their stay.
