The Concept

Nestled in the heart of the Boutique Hotel Le Palais Ségurane, Bar Catherine embodies a unique concept.

It is both a "Breakfast Club," celebrating breakfast until lunchtime with a healthy and generous take on classic delicatessen fare. During the day, it satisfies all your cravings for lunch, Tea Time... And as night falls, in a dimly lit and lively atmosphere, it transforms into a vibrant "Cocktail Bar," offering signature cocktails and a seasonal "Finger Food" menu inspired by Niçoise cuisine.
